Welcome to the Society of Box Office Managers Website for 2009/10
The general aim of the Society is to promote goodwill, fellowship and informed debate within the Box Office and ticketing world and to aid those in the profession towards a higher valuation of their work plus increased prestige to their venues. The Society will set out to promote ideas and new developments in Box Office techniques as widely as is possible within the ticketing, entertainment and leisure industries.
We are pleased to announce that the new committee took over as SOBOM Committee for 2009/10 at our last meeting on 21st April 2009. Details of your new committee members can be found on the "Committee" page of this website. If you have any questions/queries or would like to take an active role within SOBOM then please contact one of the committee members who would be delighted to hear your ideas and will share them amongst the team!
We look forward to a prosperous and healthy 2009/10 and hope to re-shape, revive and re-establish SOBOM amongst the wider West End Box Office Forum.

SOBOM LUNCH - Marriott County Hall Restaurant Tuesday 14th July 2009 - Drinks Reception in the Leader's Bar from 12 noon.
The restaurant has fantastic riverside views which I hope the SOBOM will enjoy whilst being complemented with a fantastic 3 course lunch and wine.
